By accessing the website or making a booking, the user accepts these terms and conditions in full.

Access to the website chinitasurbanrooms.com is free of charge.
The user undertakes to use the website lawfully and in accordance with current legislation, refraining from carrying out any action that may damage, disable or overload the website or harm the interests of HISTÓRICO DE NOCHE, S.L. or third parties.
The following are expressly prohibited:

6. Advance booking
Bookings at Chinitas Urban Rooms may be made at any time, subject to availability.
The booking shall only be considered confirmed once the corresponding written confirmation has been received from the establishment, either by email or through the booking engine.
7. Deposit
No deposit is required at the time of making a booking at Chinitas Urban Rooms.
8. Payment
Full payment for the stay must be made within the following periods:
- Direct bookings (through chinitasurbanrooms.com): 3 days before the arrival date.
- Bookings made through an agency or platform: 5 days before the arrival date.
The establishment may charge the payment method provided within these periods. If the charge cannot be made, the establishment reserves the right to request an alternative payment method or, failing this, to cancel the booking.
The main credit and debit cards are accepted: (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
9. Cancellation policy
Flexible rate: The booking will be charged in full:
- 3 days before arrival for direct bookings.
- 5 days before arrival for bookings made through an agency.
From that moment onwards, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Non-refundable rate: If the user has selected a non-refundable rate linked to a discount, the amount must be paid at the time of confirmation. This type of rate does not allow refunds under any circumstances. Cancellation at any time entails a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
No-show: In the event of no-show without prior cancellation, 100% of the booked stay will be charged, regardless of the rate contracted.
10. Modifications
Date modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional charges according to the rate in force at the time of the change.

11. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 pm.
- Check-out: Until 12:00 noon.
Arrivals after 11:45 pm carry a supplement of €20, which must be paid at check-in.
Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may involve an additional cost. Guests with direct bookings may request these options at no additional charge, always subject to availability.
12. Establishment rules
No-smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted in any interior area of the building, including rooms, corridors and common areas. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an economic charge for special cleaning, which will be billed to the booking holder.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at Chinitas Urban Rooms under any circumstances.
Noise policy
To ensure the rest of all guests, noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, both inside the rooms and in the establishment’s common areas.
Guest responsibility
The guest shall be responsible for any damage caused to the establishment’s facilities, furniture or equipment during their stay. HISTÓRICO DE NOCHE, S.L. may claim the corresponding amount for repair or replacement by charging the payment method provided in the booking.
13. Right of admission
Chinitas Urban Rooms reserves the right of admission in accordance with current regulations. The establishment may cancel or end the stay early in the event of serious breach of the rules of coexistence, inappropriate behaviour or situations that compromise the safety or rest of other guests, without the right to a refund for unused nights.
14. Force majeure
HISTÓRICO DE NOCHE, S.L. shall not be liable for total or partial failure to fulfil its obligations when such failure is the result of force majeure or causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government decisions or other extraordinary circumstances.
15. Data protection
The processing of personal data provided by the user through the website or during the booking process is governed by the Privacy Policy available at: chinitasurbanrooms.com/politicas-de-privacidad-cookies/
The data controller is HISTÓRICO DE NOCHE, S.L. The data will be processed for the purpose of managing the booking and the stay, and will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are governed entirely by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to the website chinitasurbanrooms.com or from the contracting of accommodation services at Chinitas Urban Rooms, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga, unless consumer and user protection regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
